Important News about your ACP service!

Your ACP service plan is funded by the US Government.

Unless Congress passes funding for the ACP Program, the ACP will end, and April will be your last full month of ACP benefits. Please see below for information about Lifeline – a separate program. When ACP benefits expire, our undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions will apply.

ACP households may change their service or opt out of continuing their service at the end of ACP.

What this means for you is:

1. No action is required right now, so please continue to enjoy your free monthly ACP service plan.

2. We will send you another text message closer to that date with more information.

3. Since you qualify for ACP benefits, there is a good chance that you qualify for Lifeline— a separate government program. Go to www.americanassistance.com to learn more.

4. Your voice and your vote matter. If your free ACP service is important to you, please tell Congress! Go to https://www.nalalifeline.org/save-acp/ for an easy way to find, email, and call your elected representatives. It takes only a few minutes.

5. Watch for more text messages with links from us—they will be important.
